• One entry per person.
• Entries will be judged on creativity and coloring skill. Use of crayons, colored pencils, markers or paints are all acceptable.
• Every entry receives a FREE ice cream cone.

3 Winners will be selected (1 per age group) based on skill and creativity.

Winners will each receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

Official Contest Rules

By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by the following Official Contest Rules:

1. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winning. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
2. Contest is open to residents of Nashville and the surrounding cities. Parental consent is required if selected as a potential winner. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
3. To enter, color the image using any medium you’d like. Once complete, scan or take a picture your child’s creation and email it to contacts above.  Please include child’s name and age as well as parent/guardian’s full name, address, email & contact information. Any entries missing the above requirements will be immediately disqualified.
4. Entry must be received by no later than 12:00AM EST on 7/31/2020. Limit one (1) entry per person. Frog Heating, Air & Electrical holds no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries, or incomplete/incorrect entries.
5. All entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant.
6. Entries will be judged by a panel of Frog Heating, Air & Electrical employees. Each entry will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% coloring skill. One winner from each age group (4 & under, 5-8 and 9-12) will be determined by the judges in their sole discretion. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.
7. One (1) winner in the 4 and under age group; one (1) winner in the 5-8 age group; and one (1) winner in the 9-12 age group will be selected. We will contact the potential winners by phone or email.  The first name of the winner along with their entry will be posted on the Sponsor website.
8. Prize: One (1) $50 Amazon Gift Card will be awarded per winner, per age group. Each entrant will receive a free ice cream cone to a location chosen by Frog Heating, Air & Electrical.
9. Noncompliance or return of prize, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative potential winner.
10. In the event of insufficient entries for an age group, a winner may not be chosen for that age group.
11. Frog Heating, Air & Electrical employees, retailers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
12. All entries become the property of Frog Heating, Air & Electrical and may be used or reproduced in any manner and for any purpose by Frog Heating, Air & Electrical without additional consent or compensation, and will not be acknowledged or returned.
13. By participating, Contest entrants: (1) represent that they have complied with these Official Contest Rules; (2) grant Frog Heating, Air & Electrical the right to use his or her name, city, state, and likeness, (3) release Frog Heating, Air & Electrical from any and all liability in connection with this Contest and (4) agree to execute an affidavit of eligibility/prize acceptance form and publicity release if requested to do so, all without further compensation.
